Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty

JoAnn has been a professional from day one. She helped us to sell our condo and purchase another one. The process was flawless. She is now helping us to find the perfect rental property. Her patience with us as we seem to chance directions with each showing is much appreciated. We will recommend JoAnn to anyone.

JoAnn has been with us through several transactions both buying and selling. She is hands-down one of the best realtors we have ever worked with in the business. Her expertise of knowledge is excellent and overall JoAnn is professional, courteous and caring. JoAnn has most often gone above and beyond in her duties to accommodate our requests. As a result, we have made a decision moving forward to only work with JoAnn Brandt for all of our future realty needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5*****

Joann was womderful throughout our home buying process! She was very knowledgeable and thorough. This is our first home and she went above and beyond to explain every step in detail. We highly recommend her!!!

JoAnn was fantastic to work with. Always kept in contact about where we were in the process. She is really knowledgeable about the area. What a pleasure to work with her.

JoAnn was always available. She answered every question and sometimes listened quietly while I vented my frustrations with the system. It would be hard to find someone who will work harder for you.
