ZillowVERIFIEDJoAnn has been with us through several transactions both buying and selling. She is hands-down one of the best realtors we have ever worked with in the business. Her expertise of knowledge is excellent and overall JoAnn is professional, courteous and caring. JoAnn has most often gone above and beyond in her duties to accommodate our requests. As a result, we have made a decision moving forward to only work with JoAnn Brandt for all of our future realty needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5*****
ZillowVERIFIEDJo Ann from the very start was professional. Jo Ann asked me my preferences which I change 3 times and she had no problem changing my search needs. She contacted all of the necessary contacts and setup appointments. During the house/property inspection. Jo Ann is very knowledgeable and experience in many points. Jo Ann is truly someone who takes it personal to make sure the buyer is happy. In my opinion. Jo Ann is a 10 in her profession.
ZillowVERIFIEDJoAnn Brandt has been extremely helpful and proactive. She is also very considerate of my needs and limitations. Very Honest. I Highly recommend her. She keeps me in constant touch with homes that are available in my search area.
ZillowVERIFIEDIm so happy that I had the opportunity to work with JoAnn Brandt. We had met several other realtors before meeting JoAnn but knew almost immediately she was the most knowledgeable and friendliest realtor. We learned so much over the past year with her. When the time comes to sell , I definitely will call Jo Ann!!
ZillowVERIFIEDJoAnn Brandt is a great agent to use. I can?t thank her enough for everything she has done. She went above and beyond helping me with all my needs. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to all my friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent in every way; I would recommend my best friend to her. Kind, warm, professional, communicative. The Best. Great experience with ou complexities. Example, when I had questions about an Alta, she defined it, worked to get house appraised accurately
ZillowVERIFIEDJoAnn Brandt was such an awesome real estate agent. She took the time with us to view so many homes and to finally find the beach house that was perfect for our family. She always took the time to explain everything that we questioned. It was a pleasure to meet her and to work with her. I highly recommend her. Barbara Clymer
ZillowVERIFIEDJo Ann was the ultimate professional. Her marketing skills were second to none. She was very attentive to all our concerns and to every detail of the transaction. Her responsiveness to our calls or emails were immediate. WELL DONE Jo Ann !!!!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy family decided to put the house on the market September 2017. We chose JoAnn Brandt as our realtor. JoAnn was THE BEST. JoAnn sold our home in ONE month at full asking price! Then found us a truly beautiful home just perfect for our family. We were in our new home by mid December. She worked very hard and stayed dedicated and diligent. JoAnn is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and honest. She?s a real asset to have on your side when going through the process of buying, selling, or both! She is, bar none, the best realtor I?ve ever worked with.
