Emily knew house well by meeting with the sellers' family multiple times at the residence. The first meeting was to get to know each other and determine fit, next was to review materials of the presentation for selling the home, numbers associated with the listing price, common fees, etc.. I signed an agreement contract for six months so that their office had the summer to sell the house and I could move on if needed. Several contacts with her office led to establishing a date for putting the property/house on the market.
