Britney was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly responsiveaEUR"we never had to wait long for an answeraEUR"and she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She offered thoughtful suggestions based on our wants and needs and was always flexible, meeting with us at times that worked around our schedules. Even after we closed on our new home, Britney continued to check in and made sure we had everything we needed. She was always enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the entire home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We also trusted Britney to sell our home, and she exceeded our expectations there as well. She provided valuable feedback and practical suggestions for improvements that helped us prepare the house for the market. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold in less than a week. I cant recommend Britney highly enough. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring realtor who truly goes above and beyond, Britney is your Realitor!

I am posting this message of support for Britney Schilling because I have found her to be an excellent source for real estate services. I have used her services for both buying and selling real estate. She is highly competent, professional, dedicated, and dependable. In addition, she is easy to work with. One of her strengths is that she is well connected to the community.

Britney was amazing to work with - very patient and understanding when there were delays with the sale of the house. She took the time to show us the house multiple times. She was responsive and very kind. Highly recommend Britney!!
