ZillowVERIFIED Britney was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly responsiveaEUR"we never had to wait long for an answeraEUR"and she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She offered thoughtful suggestions based on our wants and needs and was always flexible, meeting with us at times that worked around our schedules. Even after we closed on our new home, Britney continued to check in and made sure we had everything we needed. She was always enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the entire home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We also trusted Britney to sell our home, and she exceeded our expectations there as well. She provided valuable feedback and practical suggestions for improvements that helped us prepare the house for the market. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold in less than a week. I cant recommend Britney highly enough. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring realtor who truly goes above and beyond, Britney is your Realitor!

ZillowVERIFIED Britney worked with my family from the very beginning of our home buying process and was such an amazing realtor! She helped us out with all our questions and concerns, made the process for first time home buying easy so we understood exactly what we needed to do and when, got us in to see homes as soon as they hit the market and assisted with all the contractors and loan personnel we came in contact with. I would highly recommend Britney to be your future real-estate professional! Thank you so much again Britney for everything you did for our family. We are forever grateful for all your expertise, encouragement and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Britney was a joy to work with. From start of search to the final signature, she stayed in touch with me almost every day. There were a lot of repairs that the seller needed to do before we signed the final sale agreement and Britney was in the midst keeping track of the work done and keeping everyone on their toes. I didn't have to do much but wait for things to be done. I would recommend Britney, not only for her professionalism, but also for her friendliness and good nature. She is very knowledgeable about the process and when she didn't have an immediate answer, she found out and got back to me. As most would say that buying a home is stressful, I can say that Britney helped make my experience very stress free. Thank You Britney!

ZillowVERIFIED Britney is a phenomenal realtor and person. For months Britney showed me nearly everything in my price range. She was even willing to commute to nearby towns on multiple occasions. We previously had 2 homes under contract which didn't work out for a number of reasons, but this gal stuck by us. She is very knowledgeable, always available, and was willing to work late to get documents in order, etc. When I did finally close on our new home, Britney had it professionally cleaned for us. She even dropped by today to deliver a Thanksgiving gift. Even after we closed, Britney is still out there making sure we are taken care of. I have worked with a few different realtors over the years, and Britney is easily the best. I highly recommend contacting her. She really looks out for your best interests and doesn't settle for mediocrity. We are happy to have found her and you will be, too.

ZillowVERIFIED Britney is amazing! As first-time home buyers, she helped us immensely through the process - laying out a time-line, walking us through the process and explaining everything. We bought a house in the next town over, and Britney was still very knowledgeable about the market. If we had to do it over, wed love to work with Britney again!

ZillowVERIFIED We bought ourselves an older home in Butte MT last fall after after looking for around nine months for just the right home. We chose Britney Schilling to help us and I really cannot express how wonderful she was to work with. For one, she is a very good hearted person which come through when you first meet her, but with that said, she is also a consummate professional. We had lots of questions during the process; if Britney did not know the answer, she would get us the answer quick. We worked with her both personally and by phone, text, email as we lived in another city. She made it easy and effortless throughout and we are so grateful to her for everything. We love our Butte home! Thank you Britney!

ZillowVERIFIED Britney worked hard for us ! When I felt like I wasnt seeing anything else we liked, she found our home that we will make a life time of memories in with our kids. We put in an offer late at night because she advised us this house would go quick and we are so thankful we listened!! She worked until after midnight to get everything right for us, which I feel goes above and beyond! But I think she did that because she knew how much this meant for our family. She listens and she cares. If she didn't know an answer to something, she was honest and found out for us (honesty is super important to me and I knew I could trust her after that). She also knew how important it was that our family got the radon mitigation system we felt was the most important for our families health and she was able to negotiate with the other agent so that we got it in our contract! I was very concerned about this and she HEARD me. She was always timely in returning our calls on the occasion she didn't pick up right away. She was knowledgeable about good home inspectors and even paint ! Very happy we went with Britney!
