We were very lucky to match up with Dahlia in our search for a parcel near Bozeman. We were buying from out of state, so needed help understanding all the peculiarities of buying land in the region. Dahlia guided us through all of it. Of the handful of realtors weve worked with over the years (in MT, NJ, and TX), Dahlia was the one of the very best. Undoubtedly, she was the most proactive and organized. We would have a list of questions, concerns, and follow-up items; she would knock these out with ruthless efficiency (but also, somehow, with joyful ease). Because we were waiting for just the right piece of land, our search stretched on a bit. Over that time, we came to trust and rely on her as our third set of eyes, when neither of us could be in-state.
