As a first-time property buyer, and one young enough to have at least one realtor not take me seriously, I appreciate that she was always willing to walk me through where needed. Lastly, and a minor detail, but one that stood out to me, as someone moving from a temperate climate to Montana, she made sure that I understood or had dealt with harsh winters before, as shes seen people leave newly-purchased homes because they were unprepared.
