Chad is very professional, with a friendly and personable demeanor. He always has time to help, answer questions, and gives direction if needed during the process. Also he is not afraid to put in work with marketing, open houses, and making contacts with other parties. I can't recommend Chad enough, and will definitely be using him again.

Working with Chad Theisen as my real estate agent in Sioux Falls was the best decision I could have made! From day one, Chad made the home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually fun. He was knowledgeable about the Sioux Falls real estate market, quick to respond, and truly listened to what I wanted in a home. He went above and beyond to help me find the right property?not just any house, but one that really felt like home. His attention to detail and commitment to doing what?s best for his clients sets him apart from other Sioux Falls Realtors. If youre looking to buy or sell a home in Sioux Falls, I cannot recommend Chad Theisen enough. He?s professional, honest, and genuinely cares. Five stars all the way!
