ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had a great experience with Chelsea Link as our realtor. She was easy to work with and made the process of building our new home and selling our existing home easy. The process felt hassle-free because of the way she handled everything for us. She was easy-going, she offered great advice, she walked us through each part of the process, and helped us make the decisions we needed without high pressure. I highly recommend Chelsea as a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I chose Chelsea to help as a buyer's agent because she was local to Sioux Falls and had a lot of experience in real estate. Not to disappoint, Chelsea was great in finding a new home. She really listened to what was important and used that info to identify a great house. And just as importantly she acted very quickly to get a deal done. I highly recommend Chelsea.

ZillowVERIFIED This lady goes above and beyond to accommodate her customer's needs. Absolutely delightful to work with. We called from the Knoxville, Tn. area looking for an agent who would help us find what we wanted and needed in the Sioux Falls area and Lo and Behold, we couldn't possibly have found a more perfect Agent to help us. I highly recommend Chelsea Fortney for all your Real Estate needs. She keeps in contact and does what she says she will do. I have known a number of Real Estate Agents over the years in a number of states and I rank Chelsea at the top of the list. What a find!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea was AWESOME to work with! She was very practical of what we needed to do before listing our home. She was efficient when the home was listed and working with other agents. The process went very smoothly and she had our back when the other realtor tried to play games an hour before signing. She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend working with her, you won't regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea made buying a new home a really easy process. We met a looked at a couple different houses and she asked questions and really observed what things were important to me. After that she sent me emails of new homes to look at that fit into that criteria. Chelsea didn't rush me to buy a home and made me feel comfortable looking around until I found just the right house for me. She made me feel comfortable and is still available to me after the papers are signed. Thanks Chelsea for all your help!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea is awsome. She will listen to your wants and needs and do everything in her power to find the right home for you. She handles every aspect of the process and being a first time home buyer was Great!!! After showing us a few houses she had a good idea of what we wanted out of a house and went well out of her way to stay on top of the market and would update us on houses fresh on the market so we could get in them right away. I would recomend her to anyone looking to buy a house. You wont go wrong

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea was so smazing helping us find a home. We were moving from out of state do we really relied on her expertise in the local area. We ended up building a home and she was very knowledgeable in this as well. Most importantly she was very available to show us homes, meet with us and our contractor, etc. She even referred us to our loan broker who was also amazing! This is our Secomd home so we have dealt with real estate agents & processes before so we truly would recommend Chelsea!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea was very great to work with! She met with us and gave some advice on our house we were looking to sell. Once we had it ready she took some great pictures and we had it sold in a week! Chelsea also helped us find the right home in Sioux Falls and was very knowledgeable of the area and what we were looking for. Even though we ended up buying a home that was for sale by owner she helped determine if it was a good deal or not.

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea helped me purchase my first house and I was crazy enough to pick a foreclosure. She did a lot to keep me aware of all the pitfalls I could run into. I wish real estate agents could give you opinions about money, but it's obvious why that's bad. She was always willing to work around my schedule and was very enthusiastic about what she does. She made a scary experience rather fun.

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsea Fortney is an experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful in understanding my needs and requirements for purchasing my lovely home. She is an excellent listener, very effective consultant, and very ethical agent. Due to my personal situation she helped me navigate through the turmoil when needing government documentation and meeting compliance. Chelsea is a lovely young married professional and I would recommend her talent and assistance to anyone when purchasing a home. Her ability to make the correct suggestions were very rewarding in the purchasing of my home. In my book she is 'top shelf' and I have worked with many agents over my lifetime (over 19 different homes), and I have found her to be one of my top two agents.

ZillowVERIFIED Expert professional who listens and is focused intently on what you WANT, not what she can show you. I appreciate someone understanding what it is that I'm looking for, and she is outside of the box dynamic in helping me to relocate and find the home that I want to look for. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and thinks outside the box and is really knowledgeable of the demographic area. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Chelsea to any buyer as I am sure they will have a great experience!
