Nate helped my wife and me buy a canal-front home in Key Colony Beach this summer, and we did almost all of it from Wisconsin. That only worked because of how he operates. He did a live video walkthrough of the house for us, pointed out things we would have missed, and gave honest opinions, including steering us away from a property we liked when the numbers didnt make sense. Once we were under contract he was relentless on the details. He went back to the house himself to photograph inspection items, chased down receipts for prior repairs, handled the exclusion list negotiation without drama, and got us answers the same day, often that night after showing homes all day. He connected us with a great local team for insurance, closing, property management and setup, and hes still helping us with questions weeks after closing.
