Because the Florida Keys market is so unique, my clients rely on my deep understanding of local waterways, building and permitting processes, and the vacation rental landscape to guide them through every step. Whether it’s finding the perfect canal-front home, evaluating renovation potential, or positioning a property to attract qualified buyers, I tailor my approach to each client’s goals to deliver exceptional results.
My wife manages the vacation rental division at Berkshire Hathaway, which gives our clients a
powerful advantage when purchasing or selling income-producing properties. Together, we provide a seamless experience—from identifying strong investment opportunities to helping clients maximize their rental income after closing.
Recently, I helped a couple from the Midwest purchase their dream waterfront home in Marathon. They were looking for a property that offered both a private retreat and strong vacation rental potential. We found a beautiful canal-front home that checked every box. With my local connections, I coordinated inspections, insurance, and permitting, and introduced them to trusted contractors and our property
management team.
After closing, they partnered with my wife, Kelly, who manages the vacation rental division at Berkshire Hathaway, to place their home in our rental program. Within weeks, the property was beautifully staged, professionally marketed, and welcoming guests—quickly becoming a high-performing investment. I’ve always been passionate about real estate and the water, and the Florida Keys allows me to

After years of visiting the Keys and seeing the incredible lifestyle and investment opportunities here, I decided to make it my home and career. I started in real estate sales and quickly grew into a leadership role with Berkshire Hathaway, where I now help clients and agents unlock their waterfront dreams.

Beyond my extensive market experience, I’ve completed specialized training in luxury real estate marketing, negotiation, and investment property analysis. I also have extensive expertise in building and renovation, including strong relationships with trusted local contractors and a deep understanding of permitting, building codes, and how to navigate that challenging process here in the Keys. This knowledge allows me to guide clients confidently through property improvements and help them make informed investment decisions. I’ve taken my education and credentials a step further and am now a Licensed Broker Associate, as well as holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
