We cannot recommend Chuck and his team highly enough. He came to us via a personal referral and still managed to exceed our expectations. Chuck is unbelievably patient, responsible, diligent and responsive, without ever being pushy. It goes without saying that Chuck has extensive and impressive knowledge of the Atlanta metropolitan market, but he also added tremendous value with his expertise on home maintenance, renovations, etc. A great example, was an extra plumbing inspection he immediately identified as being worthwhile based on the layout of our front yard. We were anxious first-time home buyers and he helped us navigate a competitive market in the neighborhood we were targeting, while always maintaining an even keel. He also is more than willing to be honest even when its not necessarily in his own immediate financial interest and would tell us if he thought a house wasnt the right fit for us, even if we seemed ready to ignore some red flags. He expertly guided us through the entire process, including financing, etc. and was able to anticipate questions from our end before they even came up. Hopefully we have found our forever home, but if not, we will work with Chuck again, without a second thought.

Alexandra is the absolute best! She is more than knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods and price points throughout all of Atlanta. She was amazing and took me to showings the day they hit the market (and sometimes before)! She helped me through the process of buying my first home and recommend her to any and everyone. 10/10 recommend
