There is no one else I would recommend to help facilitate the sale or purchase of a home. I have worked with Cole to buy/sell in the past and based upon prior opinions from that experience of his professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the industry. I decided to give him a call to help me sell my house. It was the best decision I made through the entire process. I'm not dense and I understand that the relationship between client/realtor is mutually beneficial and that he benefits from your success. However Cole has recommended that I do something that saves me money and does not benefit him in any way. Therefore I say what sets Cole apart is his authenticity. He genuinely cares about his clients and its very noticeable. I had a lot on my plate selling my home and without being asked for help Cole was thinking up ways to get his personal mower over to my house to help me mow my property so I could focus on other things. Cole Cook is the exception to every negative connotation youve heard about anyone in the real estate industry and we need more Cole Cooks in this world.

I was initially hesitant to use a realtor I personally knew, as I was friends with Cole and his family, and I didnt want to risk those relationships if anything went south. But I'm so glad I chose Cole! He was honest, patient, and always available to answer my calls or texts, no matter how many questions I had. Cole made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and his local expertise and strong community ties were invaluable in getting my home sold quickly. I highly, highly recommend Cole, and I will definitely work with him again if/when I'm ready to buy another home!

Cole provided valuable knowledge of the market, the various ways a realtor could help, and local expertise. His communication was prompt and effective in keeping me informed throughout both the buying and selling process. I always felt like he had already thought through the questions I might have before our communication started. This proactive approach made things go seamlessly and we were able to sell and close in a very quick time frame.

Working with Cole Cook left much to be desired. He did little in marketing, and therefore the spring selling season was missed. He later claimed I owed him for yard clean up after a storm, but he didn't advise me of what he wanted to charge ahead of time. And then what he said I owed him was outrageous. I fortunately had good neighbors who sent me pictures to verify that there was not much work involved, so he tried to scam me out of considerable money. I was very disappointed. I changed realtors and my house sold.
