ZillowVERIFIEDThere is no one else I would recommend to help facilitate the sale or purchase of a home. I have worked with Cole to buy/sell in the past and based upon prior opinions from that experience of his professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the industry. I decided to give him a call to help me sell my house. It was the best decision I made through the entire process. I'm not dense and I understand that the relationship between client/realtor is mutually beneficial and that he benefits from your success. However Cole has recommended that I do something that saves me money and does not benefit him in any way. Therefore I say what sets Cole apart is his authenticity. He genuinely cares about his clients and its very noticeable. I had a lot on my plate selling my home and without being asked for help Cole was thinking up ways to get his personal mower over to my house to help me mow my property so I could focus on other things. Cole Cook is the exception to every negative connotation youve heard about anyone in the real estate industry and we need more Cole Cooks in this world.

ZillowVERIFIED Cole provided valuable knowledge of the market, the various ways a realtor could help, and local expertise. His communication was prompt and effective in keeping me informed throughout both the buying and selling process. I always felt like he had already thought through the questions I might have before our communication started. This proactive approach made things go seamlessly and we were able to sell and close in a very quick time frame.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Cole Cook left much to be desired. He did little in marketing, and therefore the spring selling season was missed. He later claimed I owed him for yard clean up after a storm, but he didn't advise me of what he wanted to charge ahead of time. And then what he said I owed him was outrageous. I fortunately had good neighbors who sent me pictures to verify that there was not much work involved, so he tried to scam me out of considerable money. I was very disappointed. I changed realtors and my house sold.

ZillowVERIFIED I was initially hesitant to use a realtor I personally knew, as I was friends with Cole and his family, and I didnt want to risk those relationships if anything went south. But I'm so glad I chose Cole! He was honest, patient, and always available to answer my calls or texts, no matter how many questions I had. Cole made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and his local expertise and strong community ties were invaluable in getting my home sold quickly. I highly, highly recommend Cole, and I will definitely work with him again if/when I'm ready to buy another home!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole was AMAZING! Our home needed a lot of repairs. Cole was honest about what needed done and found reputable contractors to do the work. He suggested we do just enough repairs to get it sold. Once we listed it, it was sold within 24 hours!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process. He knew what things to look for in the home and how to negotiate. He explained everything to us in a way we both could understand. This was very important to us since we were first time home buyers, we knew some aspects about buying a home but Cole helped assure us along the way. We will be using him again in the future if we ever decide to move again.

ZillowVERIFIED We tried to sell our house for quite a while before finally listing with Cole. He had been very highly recommended and we knew right away he was serious about his job and dedicated to helping us sell our house. Not only did he sell it within a few months, but he was an expert at negotiating the price and helping with issues that came up after all the inspections were done. He got everything resolved to our benefit, which we probably could not have done on our own. He dealt with our questions and concerns in a very respectful, honest, professional manner. We would recommend anyone who is thinking about selling contact Cole.

ZillowVERIFIED Cole showed us houses below our price, the top of our price range, fixer uppers, move in ready, etc. He showed us everything on the market that either fit our criteria or came close to. Im pretty sure his exact words were, Ill show you 100 houses if thats what it takes to find what you guys want! We may have actually seen 100 houses! (sorry) He took all the bits and pieces from all those VERY different houses we saw and knew what we liked and found us our forever home. Then he turns around and sells our house within a week! Highly recommend to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home and I couldn?t have done it without Cole. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the home buying process much easier. As a first time home buyer I was scared and not very familiar with the process but Cole eased my worries and made the process comfortable. He was laid back and very easy to talk to and at the same time very professional. I will never go through anyone else when I buy a home in the future. 10/10 highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole Cook is AMAZING at what he does. He?s extremely honest & diligent with his work. Cole made my buying process so easy. I reached out to him last October (2019) and told him I was planning to buy a house in the spring (2020); Cole walked me through it ALL! Since I had reached out so far in advance, Cole sent me a to-do list to make sure I was good to go by the time spring came around. I am a first time home-buyer; after I closed on my house, there were some things that I didnt expect (water in the basement/plumbing issue) - I called Cole because I wasnt sure what to do and he came over to my house a WEEK after I closed and walked through the house with me to find where the plumbing issue was at and had personal recommendations for plumbers that he has used. This meant a lot to me! Please consider Cole if you are looking to buy or sell your house!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole was such an amazing help in finding us our new home! We looked at 10+ houses with him and he was always on top of getting us in to see each house in a timely manner! He sold our house for us as well and it sold less than 24 hours of being on the market. We had some hiccups on the selling side but Cole was there with us every step of the way to make sure it went smooth, he definitely went above and beyond for us on the buying and selling side. Will be sending everyone to Cole for their house needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Cole is awesome! My husband and I had a crazy year. Cole sold our house within 3 weeks when we thought we wanted to build. Shortly after we sold our house we found a house we loved and decided we actually wanted to buy instead. Cole helped us through that process as well! He was patient, kind and always took my ?freak out? phone calls. If he didn?t have an answer, he always took it upon himself to find the answer as quickly as possible. He?s a solid person and a solid realtor. He wouldn?t advise you to do anything that he wouldn?t do for his own family! Worth every penny. Seriously.

ZillowVERIFIED Cole is an amazing realtor! He helped my fiancA(C) & I purchase our first home together. He communicates effectively & is very helpful with addressing any problems or questions. As first time homeowners you can imagine we had quite a bit of questions. Could not have imagined choosing anyone else to help us with this process, he not only acts as a realtor but a friend to his clients. Even after the purchase & close of our home he made the effort to check in on us a couple times to see how we were settling in! Will always recommend him!
