Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Family Realty

Adam went above and beyond in helping my husband and I buy and sell our home in less than a year due to an unexpected move out of state. Being retired military himself, he understood the unique stresses of the moment for us and somehow managed to turn an unbelievably stressful transition into a smooth process for our family. We have bought three houses in three different states and I have never seen an agent so invested when searching for your home. Adam wants you to have the right home for you and your family's needs, not just any house. When we very suddenly needed to move, he executed the sale smoothly and quickly. Honest and extremely knowledgeable about the homes he sells and the area he sells them in, Adam is truly in it for his clients and it shows from the moment you set up your first showing with him until the day he hands you the keys. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone and everyone but especially incoming and outgoing military. This is your guy!

Adam Helguson is an outstanding realtor who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to our needs, understand our situation, and guide us toward the best possible outcome. Selling a family home can be an emotional and stressful experience, but Adam made the entire process much easier. He connected us with reliable cleaning and painting crews, offered practical recommendations on what improvements would have the biggest impact, and helped us navigate every step during a difficult time. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. Adam has earned an incredible reputation in our community. I know many people he has helped, including neighbors across the street and several coworkers, and they all speak highly of him. His knowledge of the Grand Forks real estate market, local neighborhoods, lenders, and mortgage options is a tremendous asset. It's easy to see why he is consistently recognized as one of the top realtors in the Grand Forks, North Dakota area. If you're thinking about buying or selling a homeaEUR"or even if you just have questionsaEUR"give Adam a call. Even if he doesn't know the answer immediately, he'll work hard to find it. Josh did an amazing job helping me find my new home. He is very knowledgeable and anytime I needed advice or help with something he was a text or call away. He definitely went above and beyond and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend Josh Steinke if you are purchasing or selling your home.

The selling process went without a hitch. Josh kept me up to date on everything. He correctly identified the asking price and the timing of when to put it on the market. I would certainly recommend him and Berkshire Hathaway.
