Review There isn't enough space to go into the right detail, so to be brief - Jon was incredibly helpful in our recent sale and I could not recommend him highly enough. He brought friendliness, skills, experience, passion and willingness to work with a family of very difficult people (with ease). He knew everything that needed to be done, kept everyone in the loop and provided as many options as possible. Got to work *straight* away for us, too. I had hoped to sell in six months and we went from listing to close in about two. Not only that, but to make sure that we were taken care of, he even had a Plan A, B, C and I am pretty sure a plan D, even though we didn't end up needing one. Again, I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you want the job done right, he's your man!

Jon was wonderful to work with and his expertise and professionalism from the very start of the process was evident. He made the process as stress-free as possible and we ended up getting / accepting an offer within 2 days of the house being on the market. A few specific things that really stood out to us about Jon: 1) Expertise / Results - Jon was able to back up what he would bring to the table as our listing agent with quantitative data versus making unsubstantiated promises. He was also realistic and made suggestions based off of his experience in the market instead of just saying what he knew we wanted to hear. This paid off because he not only knew what an appropriate price point was for our home, but knew how to go about marketing it, which resulted in it selling quickly. 2) Responsiveness / Professionalism - Jon was very responsive throughout this entire process. It never took more than a few hours to receive a response (and was usually within a few minutes). He helped us from contract negotiation through to the closing and made sure to answer any questions / concerns we might have (and we had a lot). 3) Integrity - We did feel as if Jon had our best interest in mind and was in it with us. We feel that he gave us his honest opinion but at the same time was not condescending or dismissive of any questions / concerns we brought up. We really enjoyed working with Jon and would strongly recommend working with him. He was a pleasure to work with, and also knows what he's doing. We were thoroughly impressed, and are very thankful to Jon for helping us during an incredibly difficult time (e.g., selling a house during the pandemic and move)!

Review Words TRULY cannot express how great Jon was to work with. He has an incredible work ethic and even more important to us...he has a sense of URGENCY, which is hard to find in GFs, ND. We were first-time home-buyers and being from the south, we had no experience with cold weather, but he explained what we needed to know in layman's terms. Since I only had a couple of days in town to look at houses before we eventually moved up here, he picked me up from my hotel and we saw ten properties in half a day! He also knew a lot about the town, which put my mind at ease when he recommended certain neighborhoods over others.
