Catherine was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience with the Bank of America - our lender. I contacted Catherine after a previous realtor I reached out to did not respond, and I am glad that I worked with Catherine. I made Catherine aware that the property was going to be a short sale and she walked me through the process in thorough detail. As Bank of America started dragging its feet on every offer we submitted, Catherine used EVERY resource at her disposal, including writing to BofA President, reaching out to consumer advocates and providing references for Real Estate Attorneys. Catherine was amazing! Due to her efforts, we got more than $51K over the initial asking price!!! She had a plan coming in to generate interest, before we even listed the home for sale. She planned the 'coming soon' marketing, professional photography, HD drone pics and videos with an overlay of the nearby city and the key points of interest, high quality flyers, virtual staging which looked like the real deal and more. Despite my many questions throughout the entire process, Catherine was always kind, friendly and promptly responded to all of my questions. She helped to guide me through the paperwork, disclosures and all of the red tape and made it as painless as possible.
