ZillowVERIFIEDCatherine was amazing! Due to her efforts, we got more than $51K over the initial asking price!!! She had a plan coming in to generate interest, before we even listed the home for sale. She planned the 'coming soon' marketing, professional photography, HD drone pics and videos with an overlay of the nearby city and the key points of interest, high quality flyers, virtual staging which looked like the real deal and more. Despite my many questions throughout the entire process, Catherine was always kind, friendly and promptly responded to all of my questions. She helped to guide me through the paperwork, disclosures and all of the red tape and made it as painless as possible. She even took immediate charge and got things back on track when there were delays, outside of our control, with the escrow. I'd definitely recommend Catherine and will be back in the future if I need to buy or sell a home again. Thanks Catherine!

ZillowVERIFIED Catherine was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience with the Bank of America - our lender. I contacted Catherine after a previous realtor I reached out to did not respond, and I am glad that I worked with Catherine. I made Catherine aware that the property was going to be a short sale and she walked me through the process in thorough detail. As Bank of America started dragging its feet on every offer we submitted, Catherine used EVERY resource at her disposal, including writing to BofA President, reaching out to consumer advocates and providing references for Real Estate Attorneys. Catherine was not just our realtor, but a true partner in the process. I would highly recommed people to choose Catherine as their realtor when looking to buy homes in the East Bay. She actually listens vs. just 'hearing', is empatheric and will provide you with the right advice when needed, and as I mentioned before, is VERY resourceful.

He knowledge of working with the Mortgage Banks and the shortsell process in all was second to none. She knew exactly what prices and situations the bamks would respond positively too. Oh Yah, and she was great at all the other stuff realtors do like House Staging, Open Houses, Web advertising, and word of mouth connecting with her vast web of realtor peers. ZillowVERIFIED Catherine represented us in the extremely difficult process of completing the short sale of our house. Finding a buyer was the easy part - we had our first offer within 2 weeks. The difficult part was getting all the approvals, dealing with delays, and finding new buyers as the process dragged on. By my count, Catherine helped us sell our house four times!I think you can best judge someone's abilities by what happens when things go wrong. On that basis, Catherine has proven herself to be an excellent realtor -- we had no shortage of setbacks, but yet she continued to work hard to get the job done. I firmly believe that other agents in her situation would have given up, but she stuck it out and managed see it through to the end.I have already referred a friend to Catherine, and would not hesitate to do so in the future.
