We started to look for a house since last Dec. At the time I worked in New York. I told Trish we would like to buy a house in Massachusetts. But I just had limited time such as holiday season and weekends for house-hunting. She even took us out to look at some houses right before Christmas. She is warm-hearted, sensitive to our needs and very knowledgeable. When we had questions, she always got back to us quickly. Later we decided to buy a to be built house. She went through all the details with us in the past half year. In addition, she recommended Mark Newell as our Home Mortgage Consultant. We enjoyed very much working with Mark. He was doing the best job possible to meet our needs. He utilized his expertise to guide us through the loan process and determine a mortgage option work best for us. The service we received from Mark exceeded our expectations.We just moved in our dream home and want Trish and Mark to know how much we appreciate your help in getting us to this point. My wife and I met Miah at an open house. She was not our agent at the time but we were instantly impressed by her and her mother. She had an honest and casual way about her which put us at ease. Often, house hunting is a strenuous process and many realtors can be very invasive and pushy. Not Miah! She was exactly what you want. We started working with her soon after.Miah took us to see many places, listened closely to our desired features, and was refreshingly honest about things we were seeing. There was one option in particular that Miah went WAY over and above to find information about zoning, flood zones, and all other aspects of the property we needed to know. She made phone calls and personally visited the town hall. All this for a house she knew was not right for us - but that I had "grand plans" for. Of course my wife agreed with Miahs view of the property and we moved on to others. But she was never dismissive of my "plans" - just diligent and honest. Eventually we found our house and could not be happier.Not once in the process did I ever questions Miah's commitment to our family. And whats more, we became friends during the process. I still keep in contact with Miah and enjoy our talks. I would not hesitate one second in using Miah again in the future or recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I can honestly say that I have rarely worked with anyone as impressive as Miah. In fact, I think Miah has proven to be the best professional I have ever worked with regardless of profession. Picking Miah was the best decision we have made in a long time!
