ZillowVERIFIED After a rough year of house hunting...two bidding wars and no I house I was debating on giving up my search. I decided to try one more open house in a near by town that I had seen on Zillow. I was on my search with out a broker. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the house was how different Miah was. First she was smiling. She was a beautiful young woman that seemed like she didn't mind being there on a Saturday afternoon. Also she didn't pressure me to sign in and give my email address. YAY a big plus. She also let me just walk around and take in the beauty of the house. When I asked questions she was very informed about the house and answered the questions. I was used to being told by a broker I don't know I'm just covering for some one. Fast forward. Offer accepted now I am going through the inspection. I was very overwhelmed and nervous. Miah listened to my worries, calmed me down, gave me time to process and then I was fine. She helped me find a lawyer to close and communicate to the wonderful sellers all along the way. Remember she wasn't my broker. Talk about going above and beyond...Miah's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Miah was so helpful we moved from Georgia and had limited time to look for houses. Miah and Barb took a whole day to drive me all over the area and help me get a feel for where to look . Miah found us a great home in a new subdivision that checked all of our boxes. Its been a perfect match for us so far. She help us with the building process since we were so far away. Through out the process she was so responsive no matter what time of day or night. Shes been so helpful through the relocation process and introducing us to a new city, we will always be very grateful to her for her patience and understanding.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I met Miah at an open house. She was not our agent at the time but we were instantly impressed by her and her mother. She had an honest and casual way about her which put us at ease. Often, house hunting is a strenuous process and many realtors can be very invasive and pushy. Not Miah! She was exactly what you want. We started working with her soon after.Miah took us to see many places, listened closely to our desired features, and was refreshingly honest about things we were seeing. There was one option in particular that Miah went WAY over and above to find information about zoning, flood zones, and all other aspects of the property we needed to know. She made phone calls and personally visited the town hall. All this for a house she knew was not right for us - but that I had "grand plans" for. Of course my wife agreed with Miahs view of the property and we moved on to others. But she was never dismissive of my "plans" - just diligent and honest. Eventually we found our house and could not be happier.Not once in the process did I ever questions Miah's commitment to our family. And whats more, we became friends during the process. I still keep in contact with Miah and enjoy our talks. I would not hesitate one second in using Miah again in the future or recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I can honestly say that I have rarely worked with anyone as impressive as Miah. In fact, I think Miah has proven to be the best professional I have ever worked with regardless of profession. After about one hour with us, they easily knew what we would like, dislike etc. which was really helpful for the "weeding" process in finding a town and a home. They were never pushy and always listened closely to our preferences and thoughts. Their advice was always spot on as well. Throughout the transaction process, they were diligent and very communicative. They fought for us, but always remained realistic and honest, which we really appreciated.
