Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

My real estate agent, Sabine Rolnick, made selling my home in Lisle such an enjoyable experience. I loved working with her and the other professionals she partnered with (stager, photographer, lawyer). I was really able to rely on her professional expertise. I followed her guidance in preparing my home, and we listed on a Friday, had 5 offers on Sunday, and closed well over list price.

Sabine Rolnick, our real estate agent to buy our home in Darien, has been a star for us since the first day we met her, she was always ready to do showings based on our availability and planned our day in a way that made sense. She also has an amazing team (lender, inspector and attorney) and connections that helped our home buying process go smoothly even on a condensed timeline in a competitive market.

Sabine Rolnick, our realtor, has gone over and above assisting in our buying a home in Oak Park. She has been awesome as we navigated the home buying in the Chicago area. She has never made us feel as we were wasting her time as we took our time studying a home and would it fit our needs. Even after the closing she has been incredibly helpful when we have asked for advice. There is never any pressure with Sabine to make any decisions. Thank you Sabine.

In early summer of 2026, my husband and I began searching for our new home in Chicagoland. Our real estate agent, Sabine Rolnick, came highly recommended by family, and we quickly understood why! From the beginning, she was organized, attentive, and always available to answer questions. Even during a planned vacation, she ensured her team was available to show us homes and personally helped us navigate an offer. The entire process was seamless! Beyond her professionalism, Sabine made our home search genuinely fun! We shared so many laughs along the way. When we found the perfect condo, her persistence and negotiating skills helped us secure it during a competitive second round of offers. She truly went to bat for us! We recently closed on our new home and couldnt be more excited! Sabine genuinely cares about her clients, and her entire team was fantastic. We are incredibly grateful and cant recommend her highly enough. If youre buying or selling in Chicagoland, Sabine is someone you want in your corner!

Sabine Rolnick assisted me with finding the "perfect" house. During a time when the housing market is shaky at best and with a client with discerning taste and strict needs, Sabine was the most patient agent. She took the time to go to every showing near and far. Sabine was patient while working through the process with reluctant sellers. Her diligence paid off in providing me with a home that I can I love.
