Sarita did a phenomenal job helping us with our home purchase. Santa Barbara is a competitive market so it took us three or four attempts to actually get one under contract. She did a great job on regular check-ins, assistance with trades, and navigating the inspection process. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Santa Barbara, do yourself a favor and hire Carmen immediately. She is quite literally THE GOAT or real estate professionals. We threw a lot at her with a simultaneous buy and sell, which is stressful enough on its own, but Carmen handled it effortlessly. At one point during prep, she coordinated SEVEN different contractors at the new house on the exact same day to get us ready for move-in. Her local knowledge and marketing strategy were spot on, and we sold incredibly fast and for over asking. Our biggest advice to anyone hiring her is to just listen to her guidance on pricing and staging; she is the absolute expert and knows exactly what she is doing. And where she truly earned her GOAT status was during late-stage negotiations. When an unexpected lender issue cropped up at the last minute that would have caused other agents to panic, Carmen stepped in, took total control, and completely protected us. She is incredibly responsive, always a text away, and completely managed the emotional roller coaster of this move. She kept us grounded and minimized our stress from start to finish. We have already recommended her to everyone we know. Above all else, she is just wonderful to work with and makes you feel completely taken care of. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Erin and Lyndsey did a great job representing us as the buyers. There were many twists and turns when dealing with the Mobile Home Park approval process and with the various ways of holding title. Erin and Lyndsey stepped in quickly and effectively and solved issues throughout the whole process.
