In March of 2022,I contracted with Kevin to be my realtor for the purchase a home in San Diego. I could not have selected a more patient, and knowledgeable professional. Kevin respected my wishes regarding the specific types of properties I was interested in. He showed me approximately 6 home before I found what I was looking for. He encouraged me to place a contract of the property I eventually purchased despite my hesitation based on market conditions. His negotiating skills with the sellers agents were flawless. All of the terms I requested were met and we were able to close weeks before our schedule closing date. I greatly appreciate his dedication to ensure the needs of his clients are met; and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality realtor. We were referred to Kevin through a family friend for buying our first home. We are so glad that he became our Real Estate Agent because he made everything run so smooth. He is prompt at getting back, filing paperwork, showing houses, and extremely well at negotiating. We purchased July 2021 during a hectic market but Kevin made the process less stressful. He was able to narrow down our criteria perfectly so that we didnt waste anytime looking at houses we didnt want. He also never pressured us into making any offers. He never made us feel like we had to do anything, he simply guided us and was always honest about the pros and cons of our terms when putting in an offer. I feel very lucky, and am beyond grateful that I was referred to Kevin by my good friend, Roxanne, with whom Kevin works in the stellar Pemberley Realty team. Having had such a positive experience with Kevin helping me purchase my home, there isn't anyone else I would trust more with any of my real estate needs. From the get go, Kevin was attentive to my unique situation and listened to my needs and wants as a buyer. He very diligently and patiently showed me several properties, which helped me contextualize what I could afford, facilitated my understanding of the current local housing market overall, and allowed me to maximize my dollar while meeting all of my needs in finding me my next home. Kevin has many years of purposeful experience, and is a creative problem solver. It was a joy working with Kevin and I can't speak highly enough of his talent as a realtor, his heart as an advocate, and simply what a gem he is as a good person, which is so rare these days.
