We have used Luis twice now , firstly to buy our condo in Chula Vista when we moved from Rhode Island and again just recently when we sold the same condo to move back to England. He prides himself on being on time for appointments and he takes time to explain each process clearly and concisely so that nothing is a surprise to his clients. We found the whole process of buying and selling went smoothly and efficiently in his hands and we would have no reservations in recommending this real estate agent to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

He is very kind and easy to talk. He was flexible and did not push his opinion. He showed up an appointment on time. His office was clean and easy parking. He communicated via texting/w-mail well.
