ZillowVERIFIED Luis is a great agent and would highly reccomend. I found him to be very honest an upfront about everything and he does not pressure you at all. He is also extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. However, he keeps you updated with every step during the home buying process so rarely will you ever need to ask for an update from him as you are always updated with info as he gets it. Luis is also very good at negotiating even with investors who can be hard to deal with. When you might be ready to accept a deal simply to get the deal closed, he will still reccomend negotoating further so that you get the best deal possible. All home buying processes were followed with precise attention to detail which ensured a smooth transaction.
