Margot is excellent. Shehelped us sell our individual homes and buy one together. Both of our homes sold for more than we were initially expecting, and the first home we went after together we ended up getting for 7% less than the asking price. She was responsive throughout the process and her expertise was very valuable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Working with the Laumanns was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our search for a very specific home. We relocated from out of state and they were such a wealth of knowledge for everything from neighborhoods, to contractors, to schools and everything in between. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next home!

Margot and Jeff were incredible to work with. They are very knowledgeable and thorough with everything they do. Sent us updates immediately, and responded to any questions we had very quickly. They work all hours of the day and on weekends. Available whenever we needed them. They know the market and do everything the right way. Highly recommend them!

Working with Jeff was a great experience for our family. Relocating to a new city and searching for a house felt daunting, but Jeff listened to our needs and perfectly guided us to our ideal neighborhood and home. What impressed us most was his genuine concern for our best interests; he proactively pointed out potential structural risks and quality issues we never would have noticed on our own. Thanks to his expertise, the entire process from the initial search to closing was incredibly smooth. Even after the sale, Jeff connected us with his reliable network of local contractors, including roofers and plumbers. We love our new home, are immensely grateful for his guidance, and can truly say Jeff is as kind as he is professional.

Jeff and Margot are lifesavers and made buying and then later selling our house as easy as humanly possible. They helped find folks to do repairs and maintenance work, helped facilitate everything that needed to happen to prepare the house for sale (when we had already moved out of state), have an excellent grasp of the local market and excellent recommendations, and go out of their way to understand the particular factors and circumstances of your life to meet you where you're at and ensure their advice is excellent for your individual experience.
