Tammy has only lived in the area for 1 1/2 years. She has learned the area very fast for this period of time. If she does not know the area, she is willing to find out and locate a home for someone in that area. Her responsive time is quicker than other agents that I have worked with. Lloyd did a great job! Communicated very well. I currently live 2 states away and he was over the top helpful to myself & my husband. His wife is also a realtor so having Lloyd means you have a double support! As an added bonus their assistant is amazing as well. Our situation of not living in the state made our process longer then a local transaction so length of time working should not be a judgement against Lloyd.
