I cannot recommend this agent. We hired her to sell our home and she did not respect the equity in our home or see to care about the amount of money she requested we expend to "update" our home in order to sell. Sandra Meranda's attitude and tone are disrespectful and she'll back you in a corner to make the sale. Sandra appeared to take the buyer's agent on his word and it appeared to us she either could not see he was getting the best of her, she lacks basic negotiating skills or simply didn't care about representing our interests and just wanted the sale. She referred to herself as a "mediator" in the sale process when we expected an advocate. Lastly, she frequently misquoted the law and contradicted herself in statements made with respect to seller's duties, deadlines, etc. Sandra's primary interest in representing us appeared to be making the sale no matter our personal or financial sacrifice.
