But what was really striking was her ability to negotiate with the sellers.Sandra walked through the property with me twice - first as an initial walkthrough, and then again to verify that issues raised in the building inspection had been fixed. When we found that some of the issues had not been fixed, Sandra called the selling agent - while both of us were still at the property - expressing our dissatisfaction and insisting that the remaining issues be fixed immediately.
