Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Towne Realty ( BHHS Towne Realty)

From day one from searching , home inspection to closing Sylvia was so nice, kind and knowledgeable. She worked on Sundays and non business hours to help me find a home. She showed and taught me things about my home that she didnt have to. That showed me that she actually cared and it wasnt just a job to her. This was the most stressful time in my life , but Sylvia helped me to be at ease. I want to thank her for helping me and my daughter purchase our first home.

Sylvia was very knowledgeable about the different areas that I was interested in purchasing a home in. Response time to questions was always in a timely fashion, and always worked around my schedule. I would definitely recommend her as your next realtor!

This is the second house that Sylvia has listed and sold for me. She is top notch, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I recommend her without reservation!

I can not overstate how wonderful it is to work with Sylvia and her team. She helped us sell a home while we were out of state and helped us purchase one as well. Sylvia lined everything up for us and made sure things were done properly and well ahead of schedule. If any issues came up, Sylvia and her team took care of it and made sure the stress was off our shoulders. Sylvia had our best interest every step of the way and ensured we knows it with her honesty, diligence, and hard work.

Ms. Woods is the go-getter that you want your real estate agent to be! Her expertise is vast and her years of experience helped facilitate a wonderful experience for my situation. I am grateful for my friend recommending her to me. I am sure it made a huge difference between being able to get my house sold and having to go back to being a landlord again since the market peaked and mortgage rates were raised the same week I decided to sell my house. Thank you so much Ms. Woods!
