Jenna and Kamran are absolutely incredible to work with. Ive now worked with them on four real estate transactions, and I honestly wouldnt consider working with anyone else. Our most recent transaction was especially challenging. The house had been sitting on the market for over six months, and it had become a very stressful situation. Jenna and Kamran took the time to walk through the property with us, identify what was holding it back, and give us clear, practical advice on what needed to change. Their guidance made a huge difference. What really sets them apart is how involved they are throughout the entire process. They check in constantly, are always responsive, and make you feel like theyre genuinely invested in getting the best possible outcome for you. Theyre also top-tier negotiators. When the buyers came back with additional requests during negotiations, Jenna and Kamran helped us navigate the situation, protect our interests, and ultimately get everything to a smooth closing. Beyond being excellent at what they do, theyre just genuinely good people. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to trust. After four transactions together, I can confidently say I wouldnt use anyone else. Highly recommend Jenna and Kamran to anyone buying or selling a home.

Kylie was amazing. I highly recommend work working with women. This is a female team. They are smart, quick and guided us through every step. I would work with them again if I ever needed to. Highly highly highly recommended.

We were buying a vacation condo long distance, and London and Kylie were incredibly understanding about navigating the distance. Plus, our choice was a probate sale which made it even more complicated. We felt Hitchcock Associates was in our corner through the whole process, honest, dependable, and quick to respond to answer our questions. As an added bonus, London lived nearby to our final choice and gave us good information about the area, even recommending a delicious taco joint. We love our new getaway and our grandkids love the swimming pool!

We've used Hitchcock + Associates for 3 different home transactions, and each time we are absolutely blown away. Kylie and co are simply amazing, the best partners you can have during a stressful and mega-event. Our only sadness about moving away this time is that we'll be far from this amazing team. If you're looking for a home or to sell, you cannot find a better group. Honest, hardworking, personable, and authentic. We love you guys.

Kat, Kylie and the rest of the team are truly the best of the best. They go above and beyond in every category, from explaining contract terms to making sure my toddler is comfortable with the move by providing a special children's book about moving. They are extremely kind and knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them enough.
