ZillowVERIFIEDJenna and Kamran are absolutely incredible to work with. Ive now worked with them on four real estate transactions, and I honestly wouldnt consider working with anyone else. Our most recent transaction was especially challenging. The house had been sitting on the market for over six months, and it had become a very stressful situation. Jenna and Kamran took the time to walk through the property with us, identify what was holding it back, and give us clear, practical advice on what needed to change. Their guidance made a huge difference. What really sets them apart is how involved they are throughout the entire process. They check in constantly, are always responsive, and make you feel like theyre genuinely invested in getting the best possible outcome for you. Theyre also top-tier negotiators. When the buyers came back with additional requests during negotiations, Jenna and Kamran helped us navigate the situation, protect our interests, and ultimately get everything to a smooth closing. Beyond being excellent at what they do, theyre just genuinely good people. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to trust. After four transactions together, I can confidently say I wouldnt use anyone else. Highly recommend Jenna and Kamran to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kamran and his team were exceptional in selling our house. We previously had our property listed with another realtor for three months with little to no interest. After switching to Kamran and his team, the difference was immediate. They provided detailed market data on current and past sales and offered thoughtful recommendations on how to better showcase our home. There were a few items we needed to address on our end, such as removing large furniture pieces (including a pool table) and having the windows cleaned inside and out. Kamrans team handled all the coordination and legwork, making the process incredibly easy for us. The results spoke for themselves. The day after our listing went live, we received multiple offers, including a backup offer. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The team stayed in constant communication, clearly outlined next steps, and set expectations every step of the way. I truly dont think the process could have gone any smoother. Kamran, Jenna, Alexandria, and the entire team were amazing throughout, and we will absolutely use them again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kamran & Jenna did an excellent job representing the sale of my home. They were responsive, professional, timely, diligent, provided feedback, thorough and communicated extremely well! I previously had my home listed with the wrong team, and when they say 'your agent matters,'....boy, are they right about that! This team got the job done. Results matter to sellers and buyers. You won't be disappointed! They have a full staff to support your needs and all are a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kamran and his team was an amazing experience. We met him at Open House and were impressed with his upbeat personality and positive outlook. We agreed to work together to find a new home and sell our current home and all through the process he was helpful without being pushy. When we found homes to look at he was always available and open to give honest feedback about the home's potential. When we found a home that we decided to put an offer on he was quick to help us navigate through a bidding war and provide valuable insights to ensure we won the bid. He quickly helped us transition over to selling our current home which he managed to help us sell in a few days and above asking price. We would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kamran helped us sell a duplex in Washington. The appraisal came low but he still managed to squeeze out some cash from the buyer and lowered his commission fee (!!!) just to make the deal go through. I remember when he helped me buy that property 4 years ago, in a hot seller's market, he also got me a sweet deal with some closing costs from the seller. Highly recommend him and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Kamran and his team were professional, excellent advisors, and a joy to work with from start to finish. We chose to work with them because we were super impressed with their process aEUR" marketing, follow up with prospects, communication with us and a promise to be the best negotiator on our behalf. They lived up to their process and promise every day. Even before we closed, we recommended them to a friend (who was also impressed and so pleased to work with Kamran). ZillowVERIFIED Kamran came to a quick understanding of my goals. I had made unsuccessful offers on houses previously with another realtor. The market is changing, and Kamran recognized the change and had the right approach. Kamran did everything possible to close the deal. He is authentic and genuine. He has a very cordial and respectful negotiating style while being assertive. He is a great negotiator and always allowed me to make the right call without FOMO pressure. The negotiation for my home purchase was difficult but Kamran was able to close a very favorable sales contract for us on a house we love. Kamran and his team handled the closing process extremely well. The team was attentive and responsive to our needs After the close, Kamron provided great referrals to professionals I contracted with for improvements to my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought homes many times over the years and I cant say that there is an experience quite as positive as what we had with Kamran during our recent home purchase in Scottsdale. Even though he was representing the seller in this transaction, he went out of his way - beyond the call of duty - to make sure that we were satisfied as well. It goes without saying that the kind of realtor that Kamran is, is rare. I cant strongly recommend Kamran enough. The experienced was seamless. We went from offer to close in less than a week. And after the transaction continued to support us, and helped us secure contractors who were excellent. Thanks to Jenna, Kamran, and the entire team.

ZillowVERIFIED Kamran, Jenna and their incredible team have done a stellar job working with us and other family members to sell and buy homes over the years. We listed my mothers home through JK Realty and followed their suggestions resulting in the home being sold in less than 72 hours, with 6 offers and the final sale price well above asking. They take on the all details so that you don't have to. Everything is done to a high level of excellence. They answered any questions we had and did weekly check-ins to keep us informed where we were at in the process. From the first meeting to the closing we had confidence that we had the best realtors in the business looking out for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought and sold two houses with Kamran and both times I felt like he listened to our requirements and budget and made me feel like I was in control of the process. When it came time to negotiate, he makes great recommendations, set expectations (or second sale was during un-ideal market conditions, but we had to move!) and he makes you feel human through the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by our realtors Hunter, Kamran, and Jenna. Our journey with them began when we were just exploring the market, and they were remarkably patient as we took our time to understand our options. The team equipped us with a fantastic set of tools, consistently updating us with new listings that met our basic criteria on a weekly basis, sometimes even more frequently. This helped us immediately view the listings we could be interested in and let us refine our search criteria quickly! Hunter guided us through numerous home tours, and was super knowledgeable about any questions we had, whether it was about the neighborhoods, school districts, construction quality, or renovation possibilities. If there was something he didn't know right away, he would promptly reach out to the seller's agent or conduct his own research, always getting back to us within a day. When it came time to submit offers, Hunter's expertise was invaluable. He guided us through the process, helping us craft competitive offers and negotiating effectively on our behalf. His advice and support made us feel confident and well-prepared throughout the entire process. Thanks to the dedication and support of Hunter and the entire Jenna Kamran team, we are thrilled to have found our next home. We couldn't be happier with their exceptional service and highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kamran and the team were immensely patient in our search for our perfect home. Beyond buying a house, Kamran and Jenna worked with us to make our plans a reality. During this turbulent housing market, they helped us to sell our current house and buy a home that meets our demands. We wanted to buy our perfect place at a discount and then wanted to sell our house at a premium. Kamran kept things realistic (which means we had to settle for a little less - it wasnt just good advice; it was great advice) and guided us at every step. What I liked the most was that I never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. JK & teams promptness, market knowledge, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic buy-and-sell process simple. We felt we worked with our best friends rather than real estate agents. More importantly, we felt safe in their hands.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are ready to move JK Realtors is who you want. Kamran and his team are go-getters full of positive energy. We had a very last-minute move. Kamran and his team had the house looking beautiful and on the market in 2 weeks? time. They take their business seriously! Kamran personally followed up with us on a weekly basis giving us statistics in the market and surrounding area. He let us know who came through the house as well their comments. We knew exactly what potential buyers liked and disliked and could make a sound decision if we needed to make changes. He is also very honest. He gave his opinion when asked but did not push us in one direction or another and went with whatever decision we made. Kamran and his team also make the closing painless. We highly recommend JK Realtors. We were very happy with the sale specially in such a crazy market. We would not hesitate to work with Kamran and his group again.
