Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Preferred Properties

Erik was fantastic during the entire process of both selling and buying a home! He sold my home in 2025 in about a month from time of listing and brought in plenty of interest from the start. He helped me buy in 2026 and was with me through a stressful process of buying a foreclosure. He was always communicating to me and the other agents during both selling and buying and was quick to follow up on any issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Erik and wouldnt hesitate to do so myself!

Working with Erik made the house-buying experience such a more manageable time. He was extremely helpful for every step of the way, and I would have genuinely been lost if it wasn't for his help throughout the whole process. And I can't thank him enough for working with me to find my ideal house.

Erik did a great job helping us to sell our home. He was very professional and kept us well informed of the entire process. We do not think we could have had a better person help us through this experience. I would highly recommend Erik to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell a home.

Eric was always available to answer any questions, give knowledgeable advice, and assisted with linking us with other services we needed to have our house ready for sale. Our sale went much quicker than I though possible without any hiccups. I will contract him again for any future sales or buys. Great service!

Erik was very helpful from beginning to end! Talked us through every step and answered all of our questions on how to sell our house for the best price in the market of our neighborhood. It was great working with him!
