ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Erik made the house-buying experience such a more manageable time. He was extremely helpful for every step of the way, and I would have genuinely been lost if it wasn't for his help throughout the whole process. And I can't thank him enough for working with me to find my ideal house.

ZillowVERIFIED Erik was fantastic during the entire process of both selling and buying a home! He sold my home in 2025 in about a month from time of listing and brought in plenty of interest from the start. He helped me buy in 2026 and was with me through a stressful process of buying a foreclosure. He was always communicating to me and the other agents during both selling and buying and was quick to follow up on any issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Erik and wouldnt hesitate to do so myself!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Erik on the sale of our starter home and the purchase of a new home for our family. Erik was knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, very responsive. We received a lot of interest during the sale process and Erik was organized and highly communicative. We are very happy with both of our transactions. I would recommend Erik for anyone looking to buy or sell in Central Ohio.

ZillowVERIFIED Erik is the man. We went with Erik after he was recommended to us by someone who bought in the same area one year prior. Erik was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Never pushy or making us feel as we were in a rush with all the homes we viewed until we finally found the one. Highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Erik was an incredible realtor to work with. He was very familiar and knowledgeable about all of the areas we were looking to buy in (which were many), knew what he was talking about when looking through potential houses, and always took that extra step to make sure my wife and I were getting into a house that was really for us. He was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arose, and even came to closing with us during the COVID pandemic when he didn?t have to, just for moral support because we are first time homebuyers. Erik was a polar opposite of the initial realtor we were working with, who didn?t work out thankfully. We are so grateful to of found such an awesome realtor who not only helped us find our house, but also a better financing opportunity than I had already been preapproved for. Did he have to give recommendations on lenders? No. But he goes that extra mile for his clients. 10/10 would recommend Erik Vanston to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Erik was great to work with when we started looking for a new home. We spent over a year looking and Erik patiently set up showings and found us new listings. He was also great when we got ready to sell our old home. Throughout the process he went above and beyond by assisting in any way possible even with things like making service calls for home improvements.

ZillowVERIFIED Erik was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, with recommendations to sell quickly. I would highly recommend him! Erik suggested small things, like a new faucet and curtains, freshening stairways, etc. to help sell our condo quickly, and it worked. My husband and I tried to sell the condo a few years ago, with multiple realtors. Erik has definitely been the most helpful! When it came to negotiations and offers, we trusted Eriks opinion and suggestions. We didnt have any complaints at all.
