Berkshire Hathaway Home Services

Gina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the entire process of selling our home easy and stress-free. Her deep knowledge of the Pittsburgh market and strong negotiation skills gave us complete confidence from start to finish. Because we were moving out of state, Gina kept us updated every step of the way and handled the final details to get the house market-ready. Thanks to her hard work, our home sold in just three days. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, professional realtor in the Pittsburgh area.

Gina was recommended to us in 2022 when we sold our first home. We then chose to work with her in 2026 for the sale of another home. Both times she did an outstanding job in every respect. Primarily, she is available, an excellent listener, very knowledgeable and works above and beyond to help us present the house to prospective buyers and to sell at the best price. In the second case, we moved before the closing and she took care of our home with attention to detail as if it were her own. Her deep experience in real estate showed in every aspect of the process as did her interest in making the process seamless for us. We trust her judgment implicitly and highly recommend her. Gina, thank you for a job excellently done.

Erin was just the best. She sold my home quickly and for a great price. As for my new place, I was looking at condos an hour from Erins normal location but, she spent an entire day with me. We looked at about 7 homes and I found exactly what I wanted. She also negotiated a really good deal. Erin is also very knowledgeable, any questions I had she had the answer. I highly recommend her!!

Gina was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. She was proactive in sending me new listings that matched exactly what I was looking for and even found a property for me before it hit the market that turned out to be the perfect fit. Her dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to her clients truly set her apart. I highly recommend Gina to anyone looking to buying a home.

We are so thankful to have worked with Gina. Our experience was 5 stars across the board. She took the time to get to know us and our needs, represented our best interest at every turn and always followed through quickly. She was not just an agent, she was a partner in everything that came with our relocation. I hope to work with her again in the future. The best.
