ZillowVERIFIED For family reasons we decided to sell our house in Moon Township and move to Texas and we chose Gina Cuccaro based on suggestions from friends and neighbors in Broad Hill Farms and Coraopolis area. In retrospect, Team Ginas advice on prepping the house prior to putting it on the market was impeccable. This included paying attention to color of paint and carpet, type of fittings, and landscaping outside to increase curb appeal. Many of these small things were later seen as keys to making the house attractive to Buyers. She obviously knows the market only too well as she priced it correctly and this elicited several offers at or above listing price. I like how she was personable and easy to speak with. She was sincerely interested in my personal life and asked me about the refugees who live with me. She selected a bunch of homes for me to look at and made recommendations in terms of area, location, neighborhoods, etc. While walking through homes, she pointed out things to look for and issues I may have if I got the house such as ways to keep the structure of the house safe. The only hiccup we had was with the remodeling permits the seller lacked to get. It would have been nice to have known about it from the beginning, but I don't believe that was Gina's fault.
