Elizabeth Sabo was the first realtor we met at an open house. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and after surveying other options we came back to Liz. She is exactly what you want in a realtor - someone who has your best interest at heart, will not look pass something she doesn't feel is right and is willing to talk you out of a decision she doesn't feel is right for you and your circumstances. This was a person who was in your corner from the get go. We looked at more houses than I ever expected to in several different cities and towns to find our perfect home, which we did. Her and her partner were a great team with complimentary skills and personalities. They were very flexible , and very responsive to all questions and concerns and available at hours that suited our needs. I felt we were very lucky to have Elizabeth though out this whole process and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a future home!!

Liz smoothed my path at every turn. I am a senior with mobility handicaps. Doing anything is hard. Liz offered to do so many things to ease my way that I am both very grateful and very appreciative of her service. The senior community I have moved into offered many services to prospective tenants, including referral to two brokers. Liz recommended an asking price a good amount higher than the other broker and we got the price she proposed. That is money I would not have seen had I gone with the price suggested by the other potential broker. Liz gave me excellent advice and counsel throughout the process. Every time a decision had to be made Liz laid out the options and pros and cons for each, making the decision process clear and easy to grasp. Liz was supportive throughout. Some of my decisions were immediate but others I had to mull over for a bit and Liz was supportive of my needs, not pressing me past my comfort zone. One daunting condition I faced was securing the release of a lien from the state encumbering my property deed. On my own I couldn't even find the right state office, let alone the right person, to even find the amount of the lien. Liz tracked down the person, the amount, referred me to a lawyer for advice and arranged for the state employee to initiate the payoff process. Wow! I would have bogged down in the process but Liz pushed through to a successful conclusion for me. I am very grateful and appreciative for her saving me all the grief and difficulty of resolving this on my own while trying to arrange for repairs on my condo, downsize my possessions and get moved into the senior community. The community was re-doing an apartment for me and couldn't give me a move in date until redecorating was complete. When I finally got my move in date the moving company I had retained couldn't go on my date. Liz put me in touch with movers that did my date and gave me wonderful service. The repair and redecorating of my condo bathroom held up listing the property for two months but when Liz finally got it listed it sold in three days! Liz had perfectly assessed the market and set the right asking price. Liz put me in touch with a lawyer to represent me in the closing. The lawyer was very efficient and made the process painless for me. From start to finish Liz was always in touch with me so I never was left wondering where we were in the process or what had to be done next. Overall I can say Liz converted what can be a stressful, difficult, trying and unpleasant process into a series of pleasant interactions due to her skills as an agent but also due to her positive upbeat personality. Every interaction I had with her, no matter the difficulty of the issue at hand, was enjoyable and often even fun. I would recommend Liz to everyone knowing her skills are up to any challenge and her personality will bring enjoyable interaction into the process.
