ZillowVERIFIED Liz Sabo is a very experienced Real estate agent. She was amazing from start to finish to finish selling my deceased fathers home. My dad passed away in October 2019 and we had to put the house on the market, I live in Florida and the house was located in Connecticut. Liz checked the House weekly to ensure me that everything was OK. After every showing she Immediately called me and updated me and how well the showings went. The house was on the market for a very short time and Liz negotiated a very fair price. She went above and beyond to make the entire process stressless for me. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone and Berkshire Hathaway should be very proud do you have her on their team.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a senior citizen and wanted to buy a condo in a 55 and over community in Southington Ct. The problem was that I was out of state and unable to go to Connecticut to view the properties as I was in the process of dealing with the sale of my current home. Liz Sabo was recommended to me by a family member who lives in Southington. From the first conversation I had with Liz I knew she was on my side and I could totally trust her judgment. I had looked at many condos online on my own but had not seen anything that would fit my needs. When Liz became involved after talking to me and assessing my needs the first condo that she sent to me was as if it was made for me and I immediately put in an offer sight unseen because I had total trust in Liz. After much negotiation on Liz's part I got the condo at a very good price. Most of my friends and family thought I was crazy to go to contract on a condo that I had never seen but that was because they didn't know Liz Sabo. I didn't see the condo I bought until the day of the closing and I loved it. I have never known anybody like Liz. She is the kindest and most trustworthy person I have ever met. I have had many experiences with real estate agents that were fair to poor that's why this experience blew my mind. All I can say is that if you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy person who will always look out for your best interest then you should work with Liz Sabo.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth Sabo was the first realtor we met at an open house. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and after surveying other options we came back to Liz. She is exactly what you want in a realtor - someone who has your best interest at heart, will not look pass something she doesn't feel is right and is willing to talk you out of a decision she doesn't feel is right for you and your circumstances. This was a person who was in your corner from the get go. We looked at more houses than I ever expected to in several different cities and towns to find our perfect home, which we did. Her and her partner were a great team with complimentary skills and personalities. They were very flexible , and very responsive to all questions and concerns and available at hours that suited our needs. I felt we were very lucky to have Elizabeth though out this whole process and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a future home!!
