Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Hodrick Realty

Amanda was great. She answered all my questions even when I asked a million. She dealt with any problems that surfaced during closing and I had minimal involvement with dealing with the problems that surfaced. All the companies that Amanda recommended were great to work with and also informative when asked any questions and made the process smooth. I appreciate all of Amanda's work during this process

Our situation was unique to us but not to Amanda Evans of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty - Williamsport. She informed us everything about our home. Is still answering questions requests from us to the previous owners. Super smart. Amanda is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very happy with every aspect of our purchase. Totally recommend her.

Amanda Evans has been a great partner in our long journey to find our dream home. She took our preferences into consideration while helping guide with her experience. Amanda was patient and helped keep us patient throughout the process.

From start to finish Amanda's dedication to find us a home was first rate. She quickly assessed our needs and preferences, then led us on a tour of possible future homes. Her professionalism made our relocation to a city half way across the state an easier process than we had imagined. She led us through the process of finding a home, offering the positives and negatives of each home we viewed, then guided us through the process of closing on the property we had chosen. We sincerely appreciated having such an able realtor to help us with this major move at this point in our lives.

A friend of mine recommended Amanda Evans to me for purchasing my first home it was the best decision I made. Amanda is such a rockstar!! She is up-front honest and very thorough when it comes to showing properties and the potential/current issues each may have. She made the entire process extremely easy and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She is such an amazing person and a valuable asset to have on your side! Thank you so much for everything!!
