Amanda was great. She answered all my questions even when I asked a million. She dealt with any problems that surfaced during closing and I had minimal involvement with dealing with the problems that surfaced. All the companies that Amanda recommended were great to work with and also informative when asked any questions and made the process smooth. I appreciate all of Amanda's work during this process

A friend of mine recommended Amanda Evans to me for purchasing my first home it was the best decision I made. Amanda is such a rockstar!! She is up-front honest and very thorough when it comes to showing properties and the potential/current issues each may have. She made the entire process extremely easy and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She is such an amazing person and a valuable asset to have on your side! Thank you so much for everything!!

From start to finish Amanda's dedication to find us a home was first rate. She quickly assessed our needs and preferences, then led us on a tour of possible future homes. Her professionalism made our relocation to a city half way across the state an easier process than we had imagined. She led us through the process of finding a home, offering the positives and negatives of each home we viewed, then guided us through the process of closing on the property we had chosen. We sincerely appreciated having such an able realtor to help us with this major move at this point in our lives.

I cant say enough good things about Amanda Evans. She relieved the stress of selling our house with her very first words. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so enthusiastic! She sold our house quickly and had solutions for any issues that arose. Her communication skills are excellent and she patiently walks you through the many steps involved in a real estate transaction. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home.

I can?t recommend Amanda Evans enough! She was very accommodating, honest and insightful in regards to real estate. She took the time to recommend houses that fit our needs as empty nesters. When we got to the point of selling our house of 30+ years to move into the area, she knew how difficult this decision was for us and went out of her way to get our house sold quickly! I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy and/or sell your house. She is so knowledgeable about the real estate industry and answered all of our questions and concerns. She is one of the best!
