Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach REALTORS

Kevin was great in handling house tours and communication with the sellers. He has a lot of knowledge and he closely helped us through the whole process. We highly recommend him

This was my first home purchase, and Samantha was an incredible agent to walk me through that could have been a scary process for me. She had excellent communication, was attentive to detail, and I could count on her to be honest. She was a great support system during the offer process, told me what to look out for during the inspection, which she was there for, and was flexible and understanding. I'm so lucky to have had Samantha help me get my dream home!

JoAnn did an amazing job helping me sell my home. I lived out of state from where the property was being sold and helped with repairs, showing, and required inspections. She is also very quickly to respond to your questions/inquiries. Highly recommend!

This was my third time working with Reid and he makes the process easier each time. His team has grown in size since our first transaction over 10 years ago, but the experience was just as personalized and supportive. He and/or his team reached out promptly, explained everything simply and were an overall pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Reid did a great job helping us sell our home. He helped us price it appropriately and marketed it well. We ended up selling in one day, getting offers above asking price. He and his team helped with the process after contract, working through any issues and getting us through closing quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Reid!
