Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Chicago

Danielle and her team have bought and sold several properties in our extended family and we would not think of using anybody else. They are the best - and great fun to work with

Grace Lamoureaux within the DoWell group is the biggest reason we found a new home in Chicago to start building roots in this wonderful city. My wife and I decided to make a huge move from Austin, Texas to Chicago which was both a hard decision yet exciting for a new chapter of our lives to begin. I randomly stumbled upon one of Graces social media videos introducing different neighborhoods to prospective Chicago buyers. I left a comment explaining our situation and Grace instantly replied back and set up a time to chat. Fast forward 12 weeks, we are now closing on our dream neighborhood with a beautiful space all thanks to Grace. She has so much knowledge about the Chicago real estate market and process that you swear she has been in the business for 20+ years. Plus she is so personable and always ready to be in your corner; she made us feel like we were her only clients! In a world where everyone is always feeling like product to be shipped around, Grace makes you feel like family and she understands the gravity of home buying. While this move from Austin to Chicago is a big one, knowing we now have a place to call home again is a huge relief thanks to Grace!

Working with Kyaira was an awesome experience! We met at an open house early in the summer and were able to close by July! She was really familiar with the area and was able to help me and my partner get the best offers going. She really advocates for her clients and is a pleasure to spend time with. She feels like family now, and cant wait to call Kyaira for the next move :)

Tim and his team provided excellent service with our recent condo sale. Tim has assisted us with several real estate transactions and has always been professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Excellent communication skills always responds immediately.
