Were thrilled that Susan found us a well-qualified tenant very quickly. Her marketing strategy was highly effective and resulted in us getting everything we wanted. We appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness and commitment and highly recommend her. She most definitely exceeded our expectations!

Having known Susan for years, it was wonderful to be able to work with her when I needed to find a new home. The online alerts to new properties she organized were a terrific resource. We were able to jump quickly to view properties the moment they came on the market. She introduced me to a mortgage company - even though I ended up renting, it was a good resource. She negotiated my lease as well.

Susan will go the extra mile (or 50) to find the right property and drive through to a successful deal and close. She keeps the process moving along smoothly and on schedule. Highly recommended.
