Berkshire Hathaway

We had a family home that we wanted to sell and we're lucky enough to find Renae Conner. She is the the best realtor we have ever done business with buying or selling. We gave her control of everything regarding the sale and she came through in a big way. We live a few hours away and relied on her help and expertise to get the job done. She had a lot of great ideas and made them happen. Plus she is not afraid to get her hands dirty and facilitate the completion of projects to help the process. Great communication and always on top of things before they happen! Best real estate experience ever...

Working with Renae Conner to purchase our home in Goleta was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. She met with us to ensure she understood our goals and provided regular check-ins throughout the search. She took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and was incredibly prompt and professional. Her knowledge of strategy was clear in how she navigated offers and terms, and we appreciated that she explained each element and phase so that we were informed and comfortable as first time buyers. Anyone who works with Renae would be in truly excellent hands and we simply cannot recommend her enough!

Renae really had her hands full helping me sell my condo (and first home) in Goleta. I needed a lot of hand-holding as I learned the ins and outs of property sales and as I felt the emotions of such a big life change. She took it all in stride and stuck with me and taught me so much. She went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. Would highly recommend her to anyone with real estate needs.

Renae had next level patience in finding our dream home. She was very knowledgable about the area and had great recommendations throughout the process. We highly recommend her.
