Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Realtors

Travis is a wonderful realtor. He is a professional in all ways. He is thoughtful and knowledgeable, uses good judgment, knows our area well, works well with other realtors, has a lot of connections within the real estate world, and has been able to answer any questions we've had. Travis was our realtor when we bought the house we just sold, and 15 years later, I wouldn't have considered using anyone else to handle the sale.

My spouse and I were looking to sell our house in Center City after more than 20 years of living in the Washington West area. We loved our house in Philadelphia. However, a wonderful opportunity to buy a house elsewhere came along that we could not pass up, so we needed just the right realtor. A colleague recommended Travis Rodgers at Berkshire Hathaway to us as someone who would both understand our situation and work tirelessly to ensure everything turned out right aEUR" Travis was FABULOUS. From our initial discussion of our reasons for selling and the history of the property though to staging the house and multiple open houses, to navigating multiple offers, and finally getting through the close, Travis was with us every step of the way. He was meticulous, diligent, wise, and persistent. He really did look out for our interests and helped us to reach a successful conclusion. We are grateful to him and recommend him highly to others in the Greater Philadelphia community!

Travis is truly one of the best! He did a thorough walk thru of our home and his attention to detail and design was what help sell our home. He communicates every step of the way and clearly explained every thing I needed to know about selling a home. He went above and beyond at ever turn and made this process the smoothest and fastest. His expertise of the market and the area in Philadelphia guided us to sell in a week from listing! Travis developed a clear plan from day one and I couldn't be more grateful for his guidance and dedication. I cannot recommend him enough!

I have worked with Travis both selling and buying. Travis is the best. Attentive to detail and knowledge of Philadelphia makes both buying and selling a great process. Discerning, trustworthy and responsive, he even attended the closing for me. A pleasure to work with I highly recommend this dedicated professional.

Travis really went the extra mile and our condo was sold in a very short time. We had constant communications from him and he had excellent advice and marketing strategies. We highly recommend him for his professionalism and dedication.
