What turned out to be the easiest part of this transition was selling my home (house) in South Philadelphia (add specific area). I reached out to Travis Rodgers who I have known for years, to help me with this process. Knowing him,his character and temperament I believed he would be the best to help me with this process and get me results. He responded immediately to my request, scheduled an initial couple of meetings to talk me through the process and offer suggestions to get my house show ready. This was a move I was making after living in Philadelphia for 25 years, so I was doing more than just selling a house. This came with a variety of tasks and a myriad of emotions. I found Travis to be both understanding and respectful which was a great relief. To the sale of my house; technically it went on the market early on a Thursday morning with the open house set for the following Sunday afternoon. My first offer came in early that Sunday before the open house. By the end of the day I had received multiple offers all over list price. I was overjoyed as the list price we agreed upon was more than I was expecting. We moved easily toward settlement within 30 days. Any and all questions or concerns I had were answered quickly and clearly. He effectively managed all communication between myself and the buyer and ensured that all interactions were handled professionally and upon closing all parties were clearly very happy and more than satisfied with both the process and the outcome. For anyone who is considering selling their house or moving from their home I would recommend Travis Rodgers. I could not ask for a better experience and would give him 5 stars hands down!

Travis worked with me every step of the way to list my house, get it ready and, most importantly, to get it sold! He really knew my neighborhood, and his insights on pricing were great. He made important but practical suggestions to help me get the areas outside the house ready and for paring down items and arranging each room inside to show off the best features and maximize appeal to potential buyers. Also very useful were his realistic recommendations for must-do repairs and touch ups (and his contacts for contractors that could help.) He has absolutely unmatched expertise in properties within and around Washington Square West (he even lives there himself). As a seller: Travis talked to us about optimal timing and strategy, came for several visits and made important recommendations for repairs and improvements that would be most appealing to potential buyers. He gave us some recommendations for spectacular (and affordable) contractors and arranged for stunningly beautiful photographs of our home after it was finished. His advice was spot on as evidenced by the fact that our listing was independently picked up and written about in both Curbed Philly and Philadelphia MagazineaEUR"a pleasant surprise! We were selling in the hot, humid summer months and the market was a little slow. This, of course, had us (mainly me) freaking out a bit about our house aEURoenever selling.aEUR?
