Berkshire Hathaway

It was a pleasure working with Audrey and her team. The confidence she exudes is well founded. It's based on experience that has built up resources in the community that she pulls together to get your house on the market quickly, efficiently and well prepared for a sale.

The quality of service that Audrey provided in selling our Michigan home (while we were across the country) was exceptional! She demonstrated profound wisdom, expertise and professionalism in every aspect of the process and ensured that each detail was orchestrated with excellence. Audrey is an excellent communicator who regularly apprised us on the status of the project, actively listened and gave expert advice. She looked out for our interests and represented us at the highest possible level while appeasing a difficult buyer at the same time. We trust, highly regard and absolutely recommend Audrey!

I'm not usually one to write reviews but working with Audrey, Joel and Justin was an incredible experience. We had the opportunity to use Team Martinchek to both sell our home and purchase a new one. They were there for us every step of the way and their communication was unmatched. They honestly treated us like family and were always available to answer any questions or handle our concerns. Even when our inspection report came back with unknown issues on the home we were selling, their marketing resources allowed us to close on time with an offer for $20,000 over asking price! On both houses, we were recipients of their Frontline Heroes program and were able to qualify for a rebate off of their commission for selling our home and also a rebate on the new home we bought! Finally, when we closed on both homes (on the same day), they went the extra mile and provided resources to help with moving. Honestly, I cant recommend Team Martinchek enough and I was thrilled with the experience I had working with all three of them!

The Martinchek's came recommended and now I understand why! They are extremely professional; always available and responsive for any question; kept us informed with updates on the sale. They have an exceptional work ethic which seems to be a rare quality in today's world. They provided us with a "Welcome" packet which contained financial and area marketing information to help us have a better understanding of the process and what to expect. Within the first week they had beautiful 3D pictures of our home and land up on the website. They are definitely go getters!!

They were very professional and experienced. We are great full for how fast and easy they sold our house. They recommend a few improvements that helped sell the home faster. We would recommend them to anyone.
