We had the opportunity to use Team Martinchek to both sell our home and purchase a new one. They were there for us every step of the way and their communication was unmatched. They honestly treated us like family and were always available to answer any questions or handle our concerns. Even when our inspection report came back with unknown issues on the home we were selling, their marketing resources allowed us to close on time with an offer for $20,000 over asking price! On both houses, we were recipients of their Frontline Heroes program and were able to qualify for a rebate off of their commission for selling our home and also a rebate on the new home we bought! Finally, when we closed on both homes (on the same day), they went the extra mile and provided resources to help with moving. Honestly, I cant recommend Team Martinchek enough and I was thrilled with the experience I had working with all three of them!

My wifes first conversation with Audrey took about an hour; Audrey and Joel take time to learn who their clients are so that they can better meet their clients interest. When we found a home that we were interested in Audrey negotiated strongly on our behalf from the initial offer through closing. If you are military and have PCS orders to Northern Michigan it would be in your best interest to use Team Martinchek, they have a lot of experience with military families and have been a great help in aiding in our transition to the area.

ZillowVERIFIED 2 --- Property deals with Joel and Audrey in the past 15 years in Northern Michigan. Both property deals were done primarily dealing with Audrey and both deals went smoothly. When a property deal is on the line, Audrey was on top of the paper work that needed to be completed so the closing date was not prolonged. Audrey returned call's quickly and answered our questions thoroughly. If Audrey didn't have the answers, she quickly got them for us. There were no hidden fees at the end of the deals, and that was a comforting feeling, as to not hang up the deals. Joel worked with Audrey throughout the whole process of closing, giving quality advise and finalizing the purchases and that was comforting. One of the Martinchek's associates showed it to us the same day. We met Audrey the next day and worked with her and the seller to come to an agreement over the next few weeks. This is a second home. We live in Cincinnati and did everything from a distance. Audrey and Joel were always available to answer questions and guide us through the process. They helped with utilities, property tax and title questions. The closing was handled from a distance. It's been two years and we are thrilled with our purchase. Audrey took the time to research its potential and to work with us to fashion a contract that allowed potential buyers who had already expressed an interest in the property, to be able to bid on it before opening to the general public. As a result we had a fairly quick sale to a buyer who agreed to our asking price. At every step along the way Audrey took the time to make sure we understood the intricacies of surveys, mortgage agreements, tax proration, etc. I recommend her (and her husband) without reservation.
