Berkshire Hathaway Chaplin Williams Realty

I recommend Francie Grieb?? She did an outstanding job selling my home. It was under contract within 24 hours, she was so helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with.I thank you so much Francie, your are a #1 realtor.

Excellent realtor. Helped through the whole process and sold our property at a very good price. Confident. patient and personable I appreciate all her efforts. I highly recommend Frances Grieb.

When we decided to make the move from a condo to a house we chose Francie and I don't believe we could have done better. We are now the proud and happy owners of a home that is perfect for us and now Francie is our sellers agent for the condo and showings are ongoing so I expect to leave another excellent review as a seller. Because Francie is so good, she stays very busy so I had to be honest on responsiveness but that is really a positive when you consider that her responses are just what you need instead of let me check on that.

This is our second home weve bought with Francie as our realtor.she also was our realtor on our last home sale.she gets it done no matter what it is.she travels out of town if need be no matter how picky you are.she shows up and gives advice, she knows what to look for.she even got in touch with FEMA to get our house out of a flood zone.less than a month later FEMA said we had less than 1% chance of flooding and my house was removed from the list.we will continue to use francie as our realtor

Sold our previous house and helped us purchase our current home in record time - even made sure the closings took place on the same day! Very knowledgeable about the local market - willing to listen to what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Also a great source for finding local sources for financing, insurance and all matters affecting closing.
