Excellent realtor. Helped through the whole process and sold our property at a very good price. Confident. patient and personable I appreciate all her efforts. I highly recommend Frances Grieb.
ZillowVERIFIEDI recommend Francie Grieb?? She did an outstanding job selling my home. It was under contract within 24 hours, she was so helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with.I thank you so much Francie, your are a #1 realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDSold our previous house and helped us purchase our current home in record time - even made sure the closings took place on the same day! Very knowledgeable about the local market - willing to listen to what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Also a great source for finding local sources for financing, insurance and all matters affecting closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrancie goes out of her way to make the selling of my home easy and seamless I recommend her for any one looking to buy or sell a home.My home had a lot of problems that she actually physically worked with me side by side with her younger helper to move, clean and make my home sellable. I am handicapped and she is a wiz at getting the setting my home up for sell. I would use her again to sell the home I just bought and by another....she is that good.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrancie hung in there for months and months while we looked for the right place.she showed us so many houses and gave us alot of tips along the way.not one of these houses were in her town either so she had to travel to get to every showing.she definitely earned our business
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat Realtor and person. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and very easy to work with. She went above and beyond for us and kept very good communication throughout the entire process/sale. Would definitely recommend her for any of your Real Estate needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enoigh good things about ms francie. She was there for us every step of the way. She knows her business and will work extremely hard for you
ZillowVERIFIEDFrances Grieb is great. She has helped me find several investment properties and helped people I've recommended to find their dream home. She works tirelessly to find you the perfect home!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Frances to buy some land in Yulee, Fl. She was so patient and willing to help us. We were impressed and have pushed for her to get a Georgia License so she can help sell our home here.
