Benchmark realty

Gena helped us find the perfect home. She was very knowledgeable and did not let us settle when we were getting discouraged. She showed us every house we asked to see without ever being negative. She was always pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful in finding our home. I really enjoyed Gena and she was very prompt when I emailed her with questions! Very awesome realtor!! :) I would recommend Gena to anyone.

Gena Foster is the only agent I will ever go to! She has met every one of my wants and needs in my homebuying process. She knows the area very well and has given back to the community she serves in so many ways. A great person who will listen to your concerns and follow through. I was well informed during every step of the process. She is the best agent hands down!

We only had one small hitch in the selling and buying of our homes, which is probably not uncommon, and was resolved. Gena was knowledgeable and very helpful in considering major factors, and resale potential, should we choose to move again. She even helped us look at a home for sale by owner, giving us pointers. We have lived in our home for 14 years now. It was a a good choice!

She was very responsive to our needs, as we worked 3 rd shift, she gladly accomodated us when it came to our schedule to look at homes. She knew the in & outs of the type of loan we were approved for so she didnt waste our time with showing us homes she knew wouldnt pass fha terms, she was very knowledgable about the premises she showed us, when it came to past electric bills for previous owners. Just a flat out Wonderful person to deal with.
